Villa Julie is a spectacular contemporary villa in the Kisla area of Kalkan offering spacious accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, each offering far reaching uninterrupted Mediterranean views looking out across the bay back towards the centre of Kalkan.

Outside there is a stone BBQ, a 75 square metre infinity pool with Jacuzzi / children's section and the option for pool heating (extra costs apply - please ask for details).

There is and plenty of space for sunbathing and dining on the terraces plus a fabulous private Ottoman style cabana, complete with drapes for real indulgence and relaxation.

On the ground floor, the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area open onto the sea view terraces and pool. The lounge has a large flat screen TV, DVD and music station, whilst the modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.

On the first and second floors are five bedrooms, all of which open out onto fabulous large furnished sea view balconies. Four of these bedrooms have en-suite facilities.

Villa Julie has a further double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom - please note that this bedroom is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, so it's unsuitable for young children. 

Beneath the villa is a shuttered garage, plus an air-conditioned games room with table tennis and running machine. 

A BBQ is also provided.

The villa is just 50 metres to the waterfront, where there is a beach club with restaurant, bar and water taxi over to the centre of Kalkan.  There are 3 restaurants in the Kisla area, the nearest is 2 minutes walk away. There is also a small shop for basic groceries and we can also arrange for shopping deliveries as and when required.
