Important information Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The apartment is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the prices. Apart has Wi-Fi wireless internet, iron, ironing board, washing machine.

Damage Deposit A £150 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
