This apartment is one of four "Iskele" apartments (2 x 2 bedrooms & 2 x 3 bedrooms) is a very close location to Kalkan Town (less than 10 minutes walk away from Kalkan's old town), shopping,restaurants and the beach. Iskele 4 has 2 bedrooms and is located on the upper floor of the building. This property has its own rooftop plunge pool and sun deck from which there are lovely sea and mountain views. For larger groups Iskele 4 can be booked with any of the neighbouring apartments.

Entrance level. 3rd floor bedrooms:

External steps access the entrance point to this 2 floor duplex apartment. On this level there are 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, both of which have open sea views from their furnished balconies. A shower room with WC  serves the bedrooms on this level. An internal marble faced staircase rises to the 4th floor living accommodation.

Living area:

All of the open plan living space is on this floor and comprises an attic style sitting room and kitchen diner which have access through glass double doors to a spacious sun terrace and plunge pool. There are open sea views from the terrace. Wi-Fi is provided for TigerVillas guests and there is also satellite television at the property.

Outside:

The terrace is furnished with cushioned sun beds and faces out to sea and has a southerly aspect meaning that the space enjoys sun for much of the day. There is a small bistro table, and umbrella for shade also provided.

We recommend for the convenient central location and value for this mid range holiday accommodation.
