Inside, is a double, en suite bedroom, a gym, living area, utility area and a separate bathroom. In the gym, there is a cross trainer, running machine and exercise bike.

To say that this villa is spacious would be an understatement, the first floor of this property is 110m2, and easily accommodates the open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Full length sliding glass doors and windows cover the front of the property, affording fantastic views of the mediterranean and mountains. The pool terrace can be accessed from this level, with a large private pool, outdoor dining area and spacious sunbathing terrace.

The second floor comprises the remaining 3 bedrooms; 2 doubles and 1 twin, all with modern, en-suite bathrooms and sea view balconies. The master bedroom is really spacious, and includes a raised, decked area with a sink and free-standing jacuzzi bathtub. A large private balcony and floor to ceiling glass windows offer beautiful vistas to enjoy morning and night.

The Ada Villas are in a convenient location, just a 12 minute walk from Kalkan's town, and around 5 minutes from the nearest shops and restaurants. There is parking available.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. All rooms have air conditioning and a hair dryer. Beach towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is wireless internet and Wi-Fi.
