Villa Au Soleil is a very welcome addition to our expanding portfolio of luxury villas in Kalkan.

Recently completed and offered as a holiday rental for the first time, this 5 bedroom detached villa is contemporary in style and has truly spectacular views over both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.

The property has been thoughtfully designed by one of the region's top architects, with many additional features that are not usually found in the average holiday rental villa.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom:The first of the villa's five bedrooms (bedroom 1) is located on this level - a double with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has views over the pool terrace. 
2. Bedroom: A double with dressing room, en-suite shower room, balcony with superb views.
3. Bedroom:A double (four-poster) with freestanding bathtub, en-suite shower room, balcony with great views.
4. Bedroom:A twin with en-suite shower room and sea view balcony.

5.Bedroom:This level houses the master bedroom suite (bedroom 5)- a double with dressing room, en-suite twin shower, twin sinks and WC.This bedroom has access to the villa's roof terrace which has far-reaching views over both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays plus a Jacuzzi from which to enjoy them!

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. All bedrooms have air-conditioned.

The living room Open plan lounge area with direct access to the villa's pool terrace via floor to ceiling sliding doors. Plenty of comfortable seating, plus flat-screen TV + DVD player plus sound system.This floor also has a guest cloakroom plus a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A desk is situated beneath the staircase.

Kitchen The kitchen area is also open plan and incorporates an island unit together with granite work surfaces and quality integrated appliances, including stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.A dining area is provided to seat 8 guests.

Pool&Pool Terrace :The main feature of the villa is its stunning pool terrace with large infinity pool 12mx4m,1.60 depth (with Jacuzzi section). There are ample sunloungers and parasols provided plus a decked area with double-lounger, comfortable seating area and an al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower are also provided. Fabulous sea views can be enjoyed from all aspects of the terrace.

Important informations The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the prices. No fee is charged for the same time. The villas are delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. There is a tennis table in the stadium.
