Villa Big King-Kalkan/Komurluk

Within walking distance of Kalkan harbour it has one of the finest locations in Kalkan.

The stone house is light and airy and designed to drink-in those sea views. From the kitchen and lounge glass doors opens onto a large terrace which wraps along the entire front of the property and provides magnificent views across Kalkan Bay.  There is a large rectangular swimming pool, a sun terrace with wooden loungers and the occasional amphorae and a shaded pergola ideal for al fresco dining.  The private outdoors area is ringed by pretty stone terracing laced with bourganvillea and colourful geraniums.

The living room has air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, sound system, DVD player, seating group, wireless modem, washbasin and toilet. The living room has sea view.

Kitchen Modern kitchen has microwave ,cooker, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher,kettle, oven, dining table for 10,cutlery, pots and pans, cups. Our kitchen has a sea view.

Pool The pool measures 12mx6m depth and 1.60m depth. There is children pool.

Garden The garden has a private swimming pool, sun terrace, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden table and chairs, barbecue,  shower and tennis table.

Private Beach Platform: Steep steps lead down from the garden to the private beach platform and jetty. Here guests can relax on scattered cushions and sun beds in the shade of the olive trees overlooking the turquoise waters stirring for the occasional swim or perhaps to use one of the two one-seater kayaks provided.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. Guests in our villages are delivered in a clean manner. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. In the villa there is wireless internet WI-FI. There is a tennis table on the pool level. All rooms have air conditioning. Iron, ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 350 GBP is accepted at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa if there is no problem.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
