1. Bedroom:Air-conditioned en-suite bedroom with sea view. Bedroom includes bedside table, 1 double bed, dresser and toilet, balcony.

2. Bedroom:Air-conditioned en-suite with sea view. Bedroom includes bedside table 2 single beds,wardrobe,make-up table, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

3. Bedroom:Air-conditioned suite with sea view. The master bedroom is located on 2nd floor.It is a very good sized room with a spacious balcony and ensuite shower room (raise the blind for sea views while you shower). The balcony is furnished with a bistro table and 2 chairs.

The living room of the Villa Emir is spacious with sea view. There is a seating group in the flat, a satellite receiver, LCD TV,  modem for internet. 

The Kitchen of the Villa Emir is modern American kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker, cookware for 6 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, cups .

Pool: The size of the private swimming pool is 5 m. Width is 5 m. Depth: 1,55 meters.Pool side privacy. There is a sun terrace. 

Garden: Villa Emir has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.
