***The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. Hairdryers are available in each room.

The living room:Living room has air conditioning, television, satellite receiver,Lounge Seats, dining table for 6 persons and chairs. The living room open to pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine,cooker, oven,kettle, pots and pans, dining set for 6, cutlery, tea, coffee and water cups.

Pool: The pool measures 8mx4m deep and 1.55m deep. 

Garden: Garden with sun terrace, private swimming pool,sun beds, sun umbrellas,garden dining table and chairs for 6 persons,hammock swing and stone BBQ, garden shower.

Important information: Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the rates. Villa Erina has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hairdryer, ironing machine, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit: A £150 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived. 

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
