Villa Falez for Rent is our summer holiday villa in Kalkan Islamlar region with a 2-bedroom, 4-person accommodation capacity, located against a magnificent view, with a fully sheltered pool. Our villa, which has panoramic sea and nature views, has a large sitting area on the pool terrace and offers a high level of comfort for our holidaymakers. Designed with the comfort and luxury of our guests in mind, comfortable and quality furniture is used in our villa. Everything you may need on holiday has been thought for you in this summer villa in Falez.

Bedrooms:

1. Bedroom: There is a double suite bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, bathroom, sink and jacuzzi.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, bathroom and sink.

Kitchen: Spacious American kitchen, air conditioner, dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4 built-in cooker, kettle, toaster, toaster.

Living Room: In the living room of our villa, you can access the sitting group, TV, satellite, internet, air conditioning, fireplace and pool terrace.

Pool and Garden: There is a sheltered conservative swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden sitting group and pleasure corner. For families with children, we have a small children's entertainment area. There is a barbecue on the pool terrace of our villa.

Pool Dimensions: 13.5 meters long 4.5 meters wide 1.55 cm deep

Children's Pool: 2 meters long 2 meters wide 0.50 cm deep

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 500 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage, broken or missing problem, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day and departure time from the villa on the last day is 11:00 in the morning. We would like to state that we will not be able to assist you if you come to the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the interval.

In all our villas, which are located in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.
