VILLA HIKA KIZILTAS

Villa Hika Kiziltas is one of our holiday rental villas with a semi-sheltered pool terrace located in Kalkan-Kızıltaş district. It has a total accommodation capacity of 6 people with 3 bedrooms. There are an American kitchen and living room on the ground floor, two suite bedrooms with sea view on the first floor, and a suite bedroom with sea view on the roof floor. Villa Hika sees Kalkan Bay, Sıçan and Yılan islands uninterruptedly due to its location.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. 

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table in the living room. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

Kitchen The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, water dispenser, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Pool Pool dimensions are 8 m x 4 m and depth 1.60 m.

Pool Terrace There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs, barbecue on the pool terrace.

Important Informations Pool and garden maintenance are carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is no additional charge. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health insurance etc. are not included in the prices. Villa Hika for rent includes Wi-Fi wireless internet. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. 500 Turkish Lira deposit is required at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. In our houses, which are located in nature, the probability of insects etc. is higher compared to the villas located in the centre. This note is written as a footnote on the notice page of all houses for general information, not for this house.
