Villa Marvellous

Villa Marvellous was brand new for 2015 and provides cool, contemporary, luxurious accommodation for 10 guests. Villa Marvellous offers 5 bedrooms and is perfect for entertaining, with extensive furnished outside space and BBQ area, WIFI, incredible sea and mountain views and a large private swimming pool. A cinema room, table tennis, pool table and table football are also provided for guest’s enjoyment.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom:The first of the villa's five bedrooms (bedroom 1) is located on ground floor- a double with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has views over the pool terrace. 
2. Bedroom:  A double with dressing room, en-suite shower room, balcony with superb views.
3. Bedroom:A double (four-poster) with freestanding bathtub, en-suite shower room, balcony with great views.
4. Bedroom:A twin with en-suite shower room and sea view balcony.

5.Bedroom:There is a further double bedroom with king size bed on the second floor with en-suite facilities and access to a very spacious furnished roof terrace, offering magnificent views of the Mediterranean and mountains.

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. All bedrooms have air-conditioned.

The living room Open plan lounge area with direct access to the villa's pool terrace via floor to ceiling sliding doors. Plenty of comfortable seating, plus flat-screen TV + DVD player plus sound system.

Kitchen The kitchen area is also open plan and incorporates an island unit together with granite work surfaces and quality integrated appliances, including stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.A dining area is provided to seat 10 guests.

Pool&Pool Terrace :The main feature of the villa is its stunning pool terrace with large infinity pool 12mx4m,1.60 depth (with Jacuzzi section). There is pool bar too.There are ample sunloungers and parasols provided plus a decked area with double-lounger, comfortable seating area and an al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower are also provided. Fabulous sea views can be enjoyed from all aspects of the terrace. 

Extras:A cinema room, table tennis, pool table and table football are also provided for guest’s enjoyment.Jacuzzi on the roof terrace.

Important informations The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the prices. No fee is charged for the same time. The villas are delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. There is a tennis table in the stadium.

Damage Deposit   A £350 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
