VILLA MARY

Villa Mary is located in the center of Kalkan-Kiziltas 4 bedrooms with a capacity of 8 people, close to the center of our villa options. Two of the 4 bedrooms of our villas, which have been completed in June of 2016, are designed as suites. With a balcony overlooking the Kalkan bay, this is a very ideal villa for families and groups of friends.Villa Mary is 700 m to the city center, shops 200 m, bus station 300 m, beach 1 km away. Transportation is easy.

Kitchen is modern American kitchen,ice fridge, dishwasher, kettle,toaster, oven, cooker, microwave, dining table for 6 persons, dinner sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans,cups. The pool terrace is available for check-out.

PoolThe pool measures 11mx4m and depth is 1.60m.

GardenThere is a private swimming pool in the garden,sun beds,sun umbrellas,garden seating group, stone BBQ, garden dining table.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the rates. Villa Mary has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, ironing machine, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage DepositDamage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 150 GBP is charged for entry. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa if there is no problem.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
