Our luxury summer rental villa, whose construction was completed in 2018, is located in the center of Kalkan. This luxury villa in Kızıltaş, Kalkan has an uninterrupted sea view and was built as 2+1. Villa Maysa has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. This villa, which has an uninterrupted view of Kalkan, is both in nature and close to the center of Kalkan. In Villa Maysa, a peaceful luxury holiday awaits you with the peace and tranquility of nature, accompanied by every tone.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is a double suite bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, sink and bathroom. In addition, the heating pool and jacuzzi are located in the bedroom section.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and sink.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dinnerware for 4 people, cutlery and an exit by the pool.

Living Room: In the sea view hall of our villa, there is a sitting group, air conditioner, iron, ironing board, TV, DVD, dining table, wifi access to the pool press.

Garden: There is a private infinity swimming pool in the garden of our villa and there are umbrellas, sun loungers, barbecue, dining table by the pool.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 500 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage, broken or missing problem, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.

General Note: All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas.

NOTE: There is an indoor heated pool in our villa and the pool heating is turned on for 700 TL per week during the winter months. The
heated pool water temperature is standard 28 degrees.
