Villa Melina Kalkan-Kisla located in the 2-bedroom 4-people and close to the sea. All our bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. Villa Melina has a sea view over Kalkan Kisla. This villa is economic option of our portfolio.

1. Bedroom:Double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom:Twin beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom and a toilet.

The living room have a sitting group, satellite, LCD TV, air conditioner, coffee table.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine ,oven, microwave,  cooker,  kettle, dining table for 4 people, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

Pool The pool measures 7x3.5m and the depth is 1.55.

Garden There are sun beds, barbecue, sun umbrellas, private swimming pool in the garden.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. The fares are not included in the prices. Villa Melina has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hairdryer, ironing machine, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. There is a deposit of 150 GBP at the entrance. When there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
