Villa Skyfall is brand new for the 2016 season, it is a beautifully furnished villa within the prestigious new Azure Heights development overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. This property offers breathtaking views out towards Mouse and Snake Islands and its own infinity pool. The centre of Kalkan is a 20 minute walk away, where there is a selection of excellent restaurants.If you think to come big family or groups you can book next door of Skyfall name called Chremado.If you book both you can stay up to 12 people.

Bedrooms 
1. Bedroom:Master bedroom suite, with double bed, en-suite shower room and access to the villa's roof terrace through its glass sliding doors. On the roof terrace you will find a Jacuzzi (can be accessed by separate landing on second floor).

2. Bedroom:Air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom includes bedside table 1 double bed,wardrobe,make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom:Air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom includes twin beds,bedside table,wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

The living room of the Villa Skyfall is spacious with sea view. There is a seating group in the flat, a satellite receiver, LCD TV,DVD,modem for internet. There is an exit on the side of the pool. 

The Kitchen of the Villa Skyfall is modern American kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker, cookware for 6 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, cups .

Pool Villa Skyfall has its own infinity-edged pool. The pool dimensions are approximately 5 metres x 10 metres (and approximately 1.70 metres deep).

Garden Villa Skyfall has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is no charge for the rent. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.

Damage Deposit A £350 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived. 

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
