Villa Topcu Uno is located in Kalkan-Central. Our villas consist of two independent floor, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 modern kitchens and 2 saloons. Since each floor is separated from entrance and kitchen, our villas are ideal for 2 families. The pool is covered with curtain system and doesn't appear from outside and also there is a children's pool, baby chair and baby bed.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, hair dryer. Bathroom and toilet are shared.

4. Bedroom: Twin beds, air conditioning, hair dryer, wardrobe,nightstand, make-up table. Bathroom and toilet are shared. The bedroom has a terrace.

5. Bedroom: French bed, air conditioner, wardrobe,nightstand, hair dryer, bathroom and toilet.

The living roomhas seating group, TV, satellite receiver, balcony, table and chairs, wireless modem for internet.

KitchenModern kitchen with microwave, freezer-fridge,oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,cooker, dining table for 6, toaster, cutlery,cups.

Poolmeasure 8 m. X 4 m. The depth is 1.55m. There is a children's pool in the pool. The pool is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

Gardenhas a sun terrace, private swimming pool, children's pool, pergola, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table and chairs and BBQ.

Important informationElectricity, water and gas charges are included in the price of the villa rental. There is also no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Topcu Uno is covered with curtain system and the garden and pool are not visible from the outside. In the villa there is a baby chair, baby bed and wireless internet WI-FI. The villa is delivered in a clean way. Villa cleaning is done once a week. All rooms have air conditioning.Air, ironing table, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner are available.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
