Villa Umaya-1 is our ecological wooden villas located in the Village of Islamlar in Kalkan. With 2 bedrooms and parents' bedrooms, all of our villas are air-conditioned and television. It is surrounded by a curtain system around our villas and is suitable for conservative families and honeymooners.

Note: Beach towels are also provided according to the number of people in our village.

Bedrooms

The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean bedding sets and towel sets. Hairdryers are available in each room. The two bathrooms also have a hydromassage shower cabin.

KitchenModern American kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker, oven, kettle, pots and pans, dinner set for 4, cutlery, tea cups and water cups.

PoolThe pool measures 6.5mx3m and the depth is 1.60m. The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

GardenThere is a sun terrace in the garden, private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table for 4 persons and chairs and barbecue.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the price. Villa Umaya 1 has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, ironing machine, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage DepositDamage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. There is a deposit of 150 GBP at the entrance. When there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
