Villa Lord Kalkan / Central located in the 4-bedroom, 8-person accommodation capacity, close to the center of our luxury villas options. Villa Lord consists of 1 kitchen & lounge, 4 en suite bedrooms, private swimming pool and a large sun terrace. Villa Lord offers a unique sea view to its guests. Kalkan is walking distance to the city center.

KitchenThere is a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery, pans and cups in the kitchen.

Poolmeasures 10mx4m and depth is 1.60m.

GardenThere is a private swimming pool in the garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, garden seating group, garden dining table, stone barbecue.

Important informationThe pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. We have Wi-Fi in the Villa Lord's cottage. There is a tennis table on the pool level. All rooms have air conditioning and also iron,ironing table, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner are available.

Damage DepositDamage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 150 GBP is accepted at the entrance. If there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.
