NO Early Check-in or late checkout. This rule validity for all properties in our portfolio.
The capacity status for each house is indicated on the detail page. Capacity exceedance is forbidden and we are sensitive in this regard.
Each of our villas has different equipment.Please check the equipment section for each house on our website for this.These equipments are totally at the discretion of the hosts, but they are fork, knife etc. according to the capacity of the villas in the kitchen of each villas.
Bed Linens&Towels Changing and Cleaning
Our villas are cleaned before your holiday starts and your hand towels and linen are changed. In the case of check-in and check-out on the same day, our houses will be cleaned between 11:00 and 16:00, as mentioned in previous articles.Towels & Bed Linen are provided, all are changed every week (7 days) as part of a thorough, full villa clean.If extra cleaning is required, it is chargable. The price differs according to each villas.
Properties's Pictures and Videos
On the page of our houses you can find pictures and videos of that individual house. Some of our villas are located within the site and there are many objects that are furnished in the same or similar way. In such cases, common photos and videos may have been used. In this case, this information is displayed on our page.
The video footage was made by our team and the aim is not only to show you the beautiful parts of the villa our aim to show villa's surroundings and room conditions. We hope that you will not have any question marks in your head.All rental villas / apartments / summer houses have been viewed by us and then added to our website.We do not add any villa before we check.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Refundable damage deposit asked from you before check-in.If you left the villa/aparment same condition as when you arrived.We will fully refund your damage deposit.All damage deposit can be different depense the house.We have specified theese details on properties's detail page.Refundable damage deposit will charge from owner/authorized people.
A non-refundable deposit of %35 of the total amount due must be paid to secure the booking.The balance to be paid upon arrival. A security deposit is required upon arrival,this will be returned within check out when the villa is left in same condition as when you arrived. A security/damage deposit of between £150 - £2500 depending on the property.
When we receive your non-refundable deposit in our bank account.We will send you booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy Villas and Apartments
Cancellations must be made by registered post and signed by the customer. Cancellations will become effective from the delivery date of the cancellation letter. All cancellations are subject to a charge payable by the customer as detailed below; charges for cancelled bookings will be confirmed to you by invoice within two weeks of cancellation. (Please remember these charges also apply, if you have failed to make payment on time and we cancel your booking).

Charges above represent a percentage of the total accommodation booking value. No refunds can be given for stays that are ended earlier than planned.
Cancellations Made By Us
If circumstances beyond our control should make the rental property unavailable, the Holidaymaker will be advised as soon as is possible. Alternative accommodation of at least comparable standard will be offered if available or a refund of monies paid.
If you make changes to your booking
If, after the booking confirmation has been issued, you wish to change your reservation in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will try to arrange for these changes to be actioned but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the Lead Guest and will incur a £50administration fee. Some changes will be treated by us as a cancellation of your existing booking and a request to book a new holiday. Where this is the case we will inform you of this in response to your request to change your holiday. You will be asked to pay an administration fee of £50, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration including any cancellation fees payable according to our cancellation policy.
