Villa Habesa is located in Kas Belenli Sisla region. Our villa, which has an elegant architecture in which stone and woodwork complement each other, draws attention with its position in nature, dominating the sea view. Our villa with two bedrooms, with a capacity of four people, is a fifteen-minute drive from the center of Kas and five hundred meters walking distance from Üzüm Pier, which is a virgin bay. Our villa, which offers a jacuzzi where you can relieve the tiredness of the body and soul of the whole year with pleasure in a quiet environment, welcomes its guests twelve months of the year with its indoor heated pool. It will be a very suitable alternative for our couples who want to escape from the chaos of the city and have a holiday in the lap of nature.
Note : Since there is no telephone reception in the area, our guests can only use the phone via wifi calling. Superbox internet service is provided and the internet speed is twenty mbps.
Note: The standard water temperature in heated pools is twenty-eight degrees. If pool heating is requested, it will be turned on for two hundred TL per day.

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
