Pool&Garden:The Gardens & Pool are cleaned everyday, early in the morning so as not to disturb guests.
MAID SERVICE:Towels & Bed Linen are provided, all are changed every week (7 days) as part of a thorough, full villa clean.
ELECTRICITY-WATER-GAS SERVICE:Electricity,water,gas payments are included the prices.

Living Rooms:Spacious living room consisting of two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, free standing lamps, TV and DVD unit. This room has large open glass doors that can be opened completely onto the patio and pool areas to enjoy the wonderful views.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:Linen is provided and the property is cleaned on a weekly basis which includes a linen change.

The property has full air conditioning in all rooms which we do request are turned off at all times the property is unoccupied.

The private pool is for use only by guests and children should be supervised at all times and are the responsibility of our guests.

There are palm, olive and lemon trees spread around the property, sunbed loungers, umbrellas, barbecue, seating area, dining area, outside shower.

The 40 sq m infinity pool has views overlooking Kalkan harbour and bay and is maintained on a daily basis.
Off street parking is also offered at this property and all steps have sensor lights. There are mature palm trees outside the property offering privacy for our guests.
