Villa Yasemin is our 100% sheltered ecological stone villa collection and located in Kalkan's Islamlar Village. This villa with 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom.This villa has air condition and it has a TV. Villa Yasemin pool terrace is covered with curtain system and doesn't appear from outside.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite is family bedroom.Double bed, nightstand,wardrobe,jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

The living room have air conditioning, television, satellite receiver,LED TV, sitting group, dining table for 4 persons and chairs and toilets.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge,oven, kettle, pots and pans, dining table for 2, cutlery, tea cups and water cups.

Pool The pool measures 7mx3.5m and the depth is 1.60m.The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and doesn't appear from outside.There is 3 mx7 m shallow end pool depth.0,30 m.Children can swim there.

Garden There is a sun terrace in the garden, private swimming pool, deck chairs, sun umbrellas, garden dining table for 2 persons and chairs and barbecue.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Yasemin has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hairdryer, ironing machine, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. There is a deposit of 150 GBP at the entrance. When there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
