Villa Acar is located in Kalkan-Akbel. Located on the hill of the Akbel ,villa is a panoramic view of Kalkan bay.Villa, with its unique nature, sea and islands view, makes its doors unforgettable for its guests. Villa Acar is one of the very useful holiday villas appealing to the large family and groups of friend. Villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people. The city center is within 5 minutes driving distance.

The living Room we have air conditioning, TV, DVD, sitting groups,coffee table.The luxurious hall with sea and nature view is located on the ground floor and has an exit per pool.

Kitchen Modern kitchen with microwave ,refrigerator,oven,dishwasher,toaster,kettle, cooker,12-person dining set,cutlery, pots and pans and cups.

Pool measures 10mx4.5m depth, 1.60m. The Villa also has a children's pool.

Garden There is a private swimming pool in the garden,sun umbrellas,sun beds,sunbathing area,deck chairs,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Acar has Wi-Fi wireless internet. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, breakage, 150 GBP damage deposit is taken at entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa if there is no problem.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
