Villa Akca 2

Located in the Kalkan Üzümlü region, in a quiet area within the nature, the rental villa has a 2-bedroom accommodation capacity for 5 people. There is also a jacuzzi in the double suite bedroom of our preferred option for our honeymoon couples. In addition, the pool and pool terrace are sheltered, Villa Akça 2 is also suitable for our conservative couples and families.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and sink.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and sink.

Living Room: In the living room of our villa, there is a sofa set, TV, internet, air conditioning, dining table, coffee table.

Pool and Garden: The private swimming pool of our villa is conservative and it is absolutely invisible from the outside. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue.

Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage, broken or missing problem, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest

Note: For stays under 7 nights, the cleaning fee is 350TL.

Damage Deposit: £ 20(Wicker, loss, broken, dumped,for etc. at the entrance £ 20 deposit is taken. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.)
