Villa Anka, our villa with 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people in Kalkan, has a panoramic view of Kalkan's magnificent sea view. Our villa, which is among our sea view villas options, has another pool with jacuzzi on the pool terrace that you can use as a children's pool.
NOTE : The pool terrace of our villa is 60% protected.
NOTE : The last 100 meters of the road to the villa is a steep slope.
NOTE: An extra 300 TL cleaning fee is required for rentals under 5 nights in low seasons.
NOTE: There is an indoor heated pool in our villa, and pool heating is included in the price between October 15 and May 15.
Heated pool water temperature is standard 28 degrees.

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
