Villa Aquamarine The luxurious villa portfolio situated in Central area of ​​Kalkan is one of our villas. Our deluxe villa which overlooks the magnificent sea and view of Kalkan Gulf is about 2 minutes by car from the center of Kalkan. Many activities and cafes are walking distance. However, Kalkan is recommended because it has sloping roads due to its physical structure. Villa Aquamarine has a double swimming pool in the garden, luxurious and comfortable design, especially the view of the sea, opening an unforgettable holiday to its guests ...

Our villa with 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. All bedrooms are designed as En-Suite. This villa is an ideal choice to wake up to the crystal clear blue of the Kalkan bay and witness the red sunset. The villa is furnished with tasteful furnishings and contains all the white goods, furnitures and kitchen utensils. All bedrooms have sea view.If you are thinking of coming as an even more crowded group, you can also rent Villa Tigra, located in the upper parcel. Thus, the total capacity can reach 18 people.

The living roomhas a air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, sound system, DVD player,seating group, iron and ironing board, wireless modem, vacuum cleaner, washbasin and toilet.The living room has a sea view.

KitchenModern kitchen with microwave,oven,toaster, refrigerator,washing machine,dishwasher,kettle,cooker,dining table for 8,cutlery,pans,cups, and a sea view.

PoolThe pool measures 12mx4m and depth is 1.60m. Pool measures 8mx3.5m depth 1m.There are 2 private pools and jacuzzi.2nd pool has heating system.

GardenThere is a private swimming pool with jacuzzi in the garden,sun terrace,sun beds,sun umbrellas,garden table and chairs,stone BBQ,shower and tennis table.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly carried out by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the prices. No fee is charged. Villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning , Rental vehicle, health, etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. In the villa there is wireless internet WI-FI. There is a tennis table on the pool level. Guests in our villa are delivered in a clean manner. Villa cleaning is done once a week. All rooms have air conditioning,ironing table, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner, hair dryer are available.
