The villa was opened in July 2021. Located by the Dalyan Canal with a magnificent mountain view, it has a capacity of twelve people, and is a five-minute walk from the center. Villas are designed for you to enjoy your holiday more with its two-bedroom jacuzzi, a place reserved for sun loungers in the pool and a lodge in the pool.

General features

The villa is a duplex building with a plot of 720 m2 and a usage area of ​​400 m2 with six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a WC with a capacity of twelve people. On the ground floor; There is an open kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, bathroom-wc and a wc. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living area. Villa, pool and garden are yours only, internet, electricity, water and natural gas are free of charge.

Private Pool and Garden

There is also a pool with sun loungers and a children's pool in the local pool. The pool, which is 70 m2 in total, measures 7,5x10x1,60. The garden and the pool belong only to you and cannot be seen from the outside. Pool maintenance is done by the gardener every day without disturbing you. There are eight sun loungers and umbrellas, swing, shower, barbecue and sitting group in the garden.

Two of the four bedrooms on the ground floor of our villa have a double bed, en-suite bathroom-wc, and the other two have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom-wc. There are two large bedrooms on the upper floor, reached by two separate stairs. Each of these rooms has a jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom-wc and double bed. All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table.
