The villa is located in Dalyan, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet. Dalyan is a decent town in the Ortaca District of Muğla, where the concepts of sea, nature, history and holiday are intertwined.
The villa has an accommodation capacity of ten people with its own pool, garden and five bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. You can reach the beach from our villa, which is six hundred meters from the center of Dalyan, by your car or by boats departing from the river.
You can visit the bazaar, which is a five-minute walk away, whenever you wish, and taste Dalyan's delicious seafood at the restaurants along the river. At the same time, you can witness the impressive view of Dalyan's magnificent nature and rock tombs. The region is one of the rare areas where caretta carettas breed. You can meet the endangered caretta carettas on the Dalyan River and on the beach. It is possible to observe blue crabs, nile turtles and many different kinds of birds.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, dinner set for ten people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.
Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV and satellite receiver. There is a shared bathroom and washing machine in the hallway.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
