Villa Edam-Kalkan/Akbel

Villa Edam, one of our sheltered conservative summer villas with 3 bedrooms and a private pool for 6 people, located in the Akbel location of our world-famous holiday resort, Kalkan, has taken its place among our luxury villa options. The construction of our villa was completed in July 2019. Everything has been designed with the smallest detail in mind. Our villa has a view of the sea and the islands of Kalkan and is located in a position that overlooks Kalkan. There are table tennis, jacuzzi, sauna and children's pool in our villa. Our villa is located within 4-5 minutes driving distance to Kalkan center and the sea. There is also a cinema room and a foosball table in our villa.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Suite room, 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi.
2nd Bedroom: Suite room, 1 double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table.
3. Bedroom: Suite room, 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table.

Kitchen; American kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, built-in cooker, dinnerware, spoon, fork, knife, pan, pot, dining table and chairs etc.

Living room; There is a modern sitting group, TV, air conditioner, satellite receiver, internet, table football, cinema room, high chair, baby bed, communal sauna, WC & bathroom.
Pool and Garden; There is a Private Swimming Pool. Dimensions; 11.5 MX 4.5 M Depth; 1.50 M - 1.60 Children's Pool Dimensions: Children's Pool; 2 MX 2 M Depth: 80 Cm There is also a Jacuzzi.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage, broken or missing problem, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day and departure time from the villa on the last day is 11:00 in the morning. We would like to state that we will not be able to assist you if you come to the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please comply with the entry and exit times of the villa.

In all our villas, which are located in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

***We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools, and there is always a 5% avoidance margin in these villas.

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.
