Villa Elay is our 80% sheltered ecological wooden villas located in Kalkan's Islamlar Village. This villa with 1 bedroom and a parent bathroom, is air conditioned and has a TV. Villa Elay pool terrace is covered with curtain system and doesn't appear from outside.

Note: Beach towels are also provided according to the number of people in our village.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned suite is family bedroom.French bed, nightstand,wardrobe, LCD TV, bathroom and toilet. There is a bathroom with hydromassage shower.

The living roomhave air conditioning, television, satellite receiver, DVD, sitting group, dining table for 4 persons and chairs and toilets.

KitchenModern American kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge,oven, kettle, pots and pans, dining table for 2, cutlery, tea cups and water cups.

PoolThe pool measures 6.5mx3.5m and the depth is 1.60m.The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and doesn't appear from outside.

GardenThere is a sun terrace in the garden, private swimming pool, deck chairs, sun umbrellas, garden dining table for 2 persons and chairs and barbecue.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Elay has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hairdryer, ironing machine, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage DepositDamage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. There is a deposit of 150 GBP at the entrance. When there is no problem, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
