Villa Hecky' is brand new 2 bedroom apartment for 2016 providing a contemporary and luxurious villa for 4 guests. Villa Hecky currently is perfect for entertaining during the day, with its own infinity- edged swimming pool and owning incredible views over Kalamar Bay, out towards Mouse and Snake Islands.Villa Hecky has been built with a private pool.There other neighbours upstairs.Nobody can use Villa Hecky's pool and pool terrace.Pool and pool terrace is private for Villa Hecky.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Master with a double bed with an en-suite shower room and direct access to the pool terrace, where you can take a dip in the pool or soak up incredible views this property has to offer.

2. Bedroom: The second bedroom has two single beds that are extra long (2 metres) Also having access to the shower room in the Master suite and direct access to the pool terrace.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The living room has air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver,modern sitting room, dining table and chairs, iron and ironing board, fireplace, wireless modem.The living room has an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen Modern kitchen with microwave,refrigerator, oven, dishwasher,toaster,kettle,cooker,4-person dining set,cutlery, pots and pans and cups.

Pool  Infinity pool (dimensions are approximately 7 metres x 4 metres and 1.7 metres deep).

Garden&Pool Terrace there is a sun terrace, private swimming pool,seating group,sun beds,sun umbrellas, garden dining table and BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. All rooms have air conditioning and a hair dryer. Beach towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is wireless internet and Wi-Fi.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
