Villa Kartal is a large 3 bedroom family villa that can easily accommodate an extended family or three couples.This villa built on peaceful plot which is in Kiziltas area. Situated in a beautiful part of Kalkan, its modern design ensures stunning sea views from every room! The villa includes Wifi,an infinity pool, large sun terrace with sunbeds, parasols and garden furniture. Portable BBQ is situated on the pool side. Olive, lime and pine trees are in the garden.Villa Kartal has a botanic garden. And specially designed infinity pool provide you uninterrupted sea and kalkan bay view.View of the sea are available from all rooms and the pool terrace.
The Villa has local boat captains as neighbours, ensuring a tranquil environment. Two balconies and a large roof terrace with table and chairs provide enough space for those quiet moments.Villa Kartal has a 4 toilets,3 bathroom.All bedrooms has been built en-suite.

!!! Pool Terrace has curtain system.When you require you can close curtains and pool terrace will be fully privacy...

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: En-suite family bedroom with air conditioning. Bedroom has french bed, bedside table, wardrobe,toilet and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: Air-conditioned en-suite young bedroom.Bedroom has twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe,toilet and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: Air-conditioned en suite family bedroom.Bedroom has french bed, bedside table, wardrobe,toilet and bathroom.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets.

The living roomis also equipped with air conditioning, television, satellite receiver, DVD, sitting group, coffee table. The living room has an exit to the pool terrace.

KitchenModern American kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven, kettle, pots and pans, dining set for 6 people, cutlery set, glasses.

PoolThe pool measures 8mx4m and the depth is 1,60m.Pool are cleaned everyday, early in the morning so as not to disturb guests.

GardenThere is a sun terrace, private swimming pool, deck chairs, sun umbrellas, garden dining table for 6 persons and chairs, hammock, swing and BBQ.

MAID SERVICE:Towels & Bed Linen are provided, all are changed every week (7 days) as part of a thorough, full villa clean.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the price. Villa Kartal has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.
