VillaLycia -Kalkan/Ortaalan

VillaLycia is a spacious four-bedroom detached property situated within a small hillside development of just three villas in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. The villa is set over three floors - the top floor is dedicated to one large bedroom suite with its own en-suite shower room, large roof terrace with sea views, sofa, coffee table plus a couple of sun-loungers.

Each floor is approximately 70 square metres and inlaid travertine marble flooring has been laid throughout. The villa is fully air-conditioned and will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests (we would however, recommend that the 9th & 10th guests are children as they will be accommodated on extra single beds in the large twin bedroom - this arrangement would not be suitable for 10 adults).

The walk into the centre of Kalkan town will take around 15 minutes (downhill). We can arrange for shopping to be delivered to the villa free of charge if you don’t want to carry heavy bags home.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom:This bedroom contains a king-sized wrought iron four-poster bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table and an en-suite shower room/WC. 
2. Bedroom: The second bedroom on this level is very spacious and contains twin wrought iron beds (singles), wardrobe, bedside tables, small sofa, dressing table and a large ensuite shower room/WC.
3. Bedroom:bedroom suite containing a kingsize wrought iron bed, wardrobe, bedside table, armchair, dressing table, hairdryer and ensuite shower room/WC.
4. Bedroom: Twin beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Two additional single beds can be added to this bedroom in order to accommodate the 9th + 10th guests (ideal for children).

The living room has a seating group,television,satellite receiver,air conditioner,coffee table.The pool terrace is available for check-out.

Kitchen is modern American kitchen,ice fridge, dishwasher, kettle,toaster, oven, cooker, microwave, dining table for 8 persons, dinner sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans,cups. The pool terrace is available for check-out.

Pool The pool measures 9mx6m and depth is 1.60m.

Garden There is a private swimming pool in the garden,sun beds,sun umbrellas,garden seating group,BBQ, garden dining table.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the rates. Villa Baku has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a ironing machine, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
