Villa Mustang-Kalkan/Kördere

Villa Mustang is located in the Ordu neighborhood of Kördere, the most popular location of Kalkan. Everything has been thought for you, our valued guests, in this luxury design pool sheltered holiday villa, which was completed at the end of May 2021 and opened for sale as the only villa in a 26-decare land.

There are 2 bedrooms in our villa;

There is air conditioning, double bed, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom in the 1st room. There is a balcony in the bedroom.

The second room has air conditioning, 2 single beds, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony in the bedroom.

There is a sauna in the common area on the floor where the rooms are located.

The living room part of our villa is designed in a modern way; open American kitchen, dining table and sitting group are located in the same area. You can also exit to the outdoor pool terrace from the living room.

In the garden part of our villa; Dining table, swing, table tennis, sun loungers are available.

The pool of our villa was designed with a special concept and was built in L type with a shallow pool. Its total length is 12 meters and its width is 4.2 meters. Our pool also has a shallow pool with a width of 2m x 2m. You can turn this screening system on and off whenever you want.

The first 30 meters at the entrance of the road leading to our villa is the stabilized road.
