Our Summer Villa is located in a boutique complex in Bagla region and is a detached duplex villa. In our villa with private garden and private swimming pool, the pool is around 20 m2, works with a salt generator, no chlorine is used.
There are 3 bedrooms, living room, fully furnished kitchen, en-suite bathroom in each room, 1 shared WC, double set of sheets and towels in our villa. Central air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is a 155-screen TV, satellite system, garden sitting group, 2 sun loungers, 2 6-person dining table sets.
Our villa, which is 550 meters from the sea, is 1.2 km from the famous Ilgınlar beach. The nearest markets are 400 m. distance (mini Carrefour) and 750 meters. (Migros jet) The nearest restaurant is also 400 meters away, while the minibus stop is only 50 meters away. away. Our villa is 17 km from Bodrum center and 50 km from the airport. located at a distance.

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
