Villa Recep Exclusive has a magnificent sea view overlooking Kalkan Kalamar bay. Due to this special location, it is within walking distance to Kalkan center, many beaches and restaurants. Villa Recep Exclusive is a villa that makes a difference with its luxurious decoration.
Villa Recep Exclusive has five bedrooms and has a capacity of ten people. It is an ideal villa for both large groups of friends and large families. There is table tennis in the garden where families and groups of friends can enjoy themselves. Pets are not accepted in our villa, smoking is prohibited in the villa. Our villa has underfloor heating. There is also a laundry room. There is an outdoor jacuzzi on the pool terrace of our villa.
Our villa also has external pool heating and is activated for 200 pounds per day.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
