Our villa, which has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people, is a very suitable option for large families and groups of friends. Our villa for rent with an infinity pool, which was completed in May 2021 and offered to our valued guests, consists of four floors. The structure of our villa consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor (basement floor), living room and kitchen on the ground floor (pool floor), two bedrooms on the first floor and a bedroom on the terrace floor. All items are available in our luxury villa for rent with sea view, which will impress you with its magnificent Kalkan view, all of them are modern and of first quality.In order to offer you a perfect holiday, every corner of our rental villa with jacuzzi has been carefully designed and there is a bar, pool table and a few sports equipment in the hall. Villa Royal Merchant, our luxury villa where you will forget all your tiredness after a pleasant time, is located 2 km from Kalkan center and the beach.

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
