This wonderful brand new villa is located in Kalkan/Kordere. The Villa has 6 bedrooms four with en-suite bathrooms and is suitable for 12 people.The villa has sea and mountain views and pool side is very private.This villa's garden side and pool terrace has covered with high fences so pool side is unvisible.The outdoor area is spacious and fully equipped to maximise your enjoyment whilst staying there. An ideal villa for large groups who wish to enjoy their holiday with plenty of space.

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets.

The living Room have air conditioning, TV, DVD, sitting groups, coffee table. The luxurious lounge with sea and nature view is located on the ground floor and has an exit per pool.

Kitchen Modern kitchen with microwave,refrigerator, oven,dishwasher,toaster,kettle,cooker,12-person dining set,cutlery, pots and pans and cups.

Pool measures 10mx4m depth,1.60m.The villa also has a children's pool.

Garden There is a private swimming pool in the garden, sun umbrella,sunbathing area,sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Sadem has Wi-Fi wireless internet. Iron, ironing board,hair dryer,washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
