Since each of our villas has different entry and exit days, it is given to rent without any gaps in the dates. Before the Pre-Request, please get confirmation from our authorities.
Villa Splash, our 3-bedroom villa with an accommodation capacity of up to 6 people in the village of Üzümlü, Kalkan, designed for large families and groups of friends, has a location in nature. There is a jacuzzi in 2 bedrooms of our villa, which is among our honeymoon villas and villas with jacuzzi, and is furnished with modern and luxurious furniture. A peaceful holiday awaits you with your family and loved ones in our villa, which has a children's pool for our little guests.
NOTE: An extra cleaning fee of 350 TL is charged for reservations of 7 nights or less.
NOTE: There is an indoor heated pool in our villa and the pool heating is turned on for 70 TL per day during the winter months. The heated pool water temperature is standard 28 degrees.

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
