Designed in a contemporary style that includes open plan living spaces, a mezzanine gallery, sea view balconies and en-suite facilities for all 3 bedrooms. With plenty of outside space and private swimming pool. Located in the Kiziltas area; 10-15 minutes' walk of Kalkan old town.

Access to the property is via the first floor which leads into an entrance hall with a mezzanine glass viewing area over the ground floor, creating a dramatic first impression.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: The Master bedroom is located upstairs on the second floor, with double bed, an en suite shower room and a generous dressing room with fitted wardrobes. A large private balcony with a Jacuzzi/hot tub provides the perfect spot to admire the astounding open views over Kalkan and across the Mediterranean.
2. Bedroom: En-suite room, Double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
3. Bedroom: Twin beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, shared bathroom and toilet.

Bedrooms have clean bed linen and towel sets.

The living room The living space continues through to the dining and lounge area, where there is plenty of space to dine, relax and entertain. A flat screen television, DVD player and comfortable seating comprise the lounge. There is also a cloakroom on this level.

Kitchen The modern American kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ice maker,cooker,kettle, dining table for 6 people,dinnerware,pots and pans, cutlery and cups.

Pool The pool measures 8 m X 4 m deep and 1.55 m deep.

Garden There is a private swimming pool,sun beds, sun umbrellas,BBQ, table and chairs in the garden.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Swan has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.
