Close to Asfiya Sea view Hotel and Likya Residence Hotel + Spa within 8-10 minute walk to Kalkan center, this villa is among our most preferred villas in terms of location. The 3 bedrooms have a seating capacity of 6 people. Guests can have breakfast at the Asfiya Sea View Hotel and benefit from the spa. This villa has spectacular views of the sea and harbour, and is tastefully decorated in natural tones with natural stones and marble-containing stones.

Pool Pool measures 8mx3.5m and depth is 1.5m.

Garden There is a private swimming pool in the garden,sun beds,sun umbrellas,dining table and chairs.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the prices. Villa Yakut has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hairdryer, ironing machine, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.
