We have stayed 3 months in 2021 summer...Villa was fabulous.

We absolutely loved our stay at villa sude! My little girls were obsessed with the pool. We requested extra privacy, and the owner kindly rolled down the privacy covers for us... he also went out of his way to try keeping the pool as warm as possible for the kids. Great hospitality, wonderful things to do around the area!. Just don't do what I did and mix up your sugar for salt. And milk for Yoghurt! Lovely scenery from the villa!

Went in Sep 2019 & we all had a great time. Nothing was too much trouble for Ahmet to organise including an extra fridge to house our soft drinks!! We have booked again for 2020.

If you are looking for a villa in Kalkan this is the one for you. It is a beautiful villa set in the hillside over looking the stunning Kalkan bay. The first thing you notice upon arrival is how clean and homely this villa is along with the welcoming basket organised by the owner. No need to take your own beach towels as they are provided, so relax on the very comfortable sunbeds around the beautiful pool. The pool is deep enough for diving and long enough for swimming and a boon on the hot summer days. We used the roof terrace on most evenings watching the sun set with the obligatory glass of wine. Both me and my husband suffer from arthritis but that did not stop us from getting into town. A taxi would arrive within 10 mins and at a cost of 15 lire, approx.I must thank Owner for all the help and information given to us prior to our holiday and I do recommend the airport transfer service, Best Rent a Car, which she organised, a first class service.

We have stayed at Melise for a week in September .It was a great and modern villa.Walking distance to town .It was just up to d400 main road.Pool is good sized,furnitures are clean and good condition.Thanks ahmet for that good holiday and thank you so much ali(owner).... Have good season rest of the season...

We stayed in the absolutely stunning villa in August 2018. This villa is pure luxury with the most amazing sea views. Even though we were a huge family group of 13, we all had rooms with balcony and sea view. The villa is very clean with a modern expensive feel throughout. Stunning infinity pool, to help laze the days away. Ahmet and the team provided excellent service prior to and whilst on holiday. There are two small shops within a short walking distance, but taxi or car hire required for supermarket shop and taxi needed to get into Kalkan town and harbour. We decided not to hire a car and to take taxis, which were easily accessible. Kalkan is a beautiful place, some excellent restaurants, friendly locals, beautiful boat trips and great water sports. We look forward to visiting Kalkan again in the future, certainly the best Turkey holiday destination so far…

Hi, I wanted to know whether the pool is heated or not? Also what is the area like, is it suitable for children and if we had a car hire are roads around it safe to drive on or is it hills and mountain area?

Hillside villa was amazing.Views and pool terrace extremely enjoyable.Villa has been designed high quality.Nothing to say too much things.Simly amazing and ı hardly recommend it.Will be back definitely.....

We have stayed villa montana for new year .We have booked for 4 nights and and really like it.Pool was empty reason of winter season.All pool are empty or dirty but we dont care we really enjoyed.Takeen (owner) was very helpful .He helped to our husbands to moving big bbq to pool terrace.We have burned fire on the pool terrace until rain starting:)))Villa is nice and we are thinking to rent for summer holiday with our groups.I really recommend it for holiday.Thank you guys...

This villa was perfect for you group.We have stayed 10 days there and we love it.There is amazing sea views and ı recommend you sea view at night time to watch.You can enjoy kalkan lights at evening time.Owners and pool staff very helpful.They are really respectful.They always check pool terrace early in the morning and nobody disturbed us.We very like it.If you have a big family ı can recommend this villa.

We have been kalkan many times and we have been came kalkan 12 years a go.Kalkan is amazing place and we have been stayed this part of kalkan first and we really fall in love again.Villa montana located a bit out of kallkan centre but we have seen this area has been villa heaven.All new and luxury villas move up to this area(Hillside of kiziltas).We have travelled with car and we understand now this area is amazing .Great sea views great weather and very quiet at evening and day times.Kalkan town getting crowded and noisy.We really enjoyed at this villa our holiday.Very huge pool side,jacuzzi were enjoyable. If someone thinking to come Kalkan ı recommend eveyone.This villa was amazaing too.I hardly recommend...

We had a lovely family holiday in Hill villa and we were fortunate to be staying in the brand new villa. The villa is luxurious and spacious with a stunning view.The views were breathtaking .The location was great and very quiet. The huge bedrooms, comfortable bed, have wonderful balconies with amazing view..The owners,thought of everything to make the stay as great as possible. Owner (ferat or firat) and agent (ahmet) was so helpful and easy to contact. Ahmet provided all information we needed for this trip before we go.he booked a boat for us. Our day on Dream boat was great and very good value for money. Ahmet wanted to rent a car for us but we booked car from "avıs" company by themselves, they gave us good cars . Thank you for everybody to made our holiday perfect. We will definitely go back to kalkan and Hill villa again and would recommend this villa to anyone with a large family .p.s. ıf some one need smaller villas there are so many villas ...
