VILLA RENK
Our summer rental villa located in Kalkan Çayköy is a 2-bedroom 4-person villa for rent. Our villa is a new villa built in 2020. It is 15 km from the center of Kalkan and 16 km from the nearest beach. Our villa has a sheltered swimming pool and is a conservative villa option. Our villa also has a jacuzzi both inside and outside. There is also a sauna and a movie theater in our villa.
Bedroom
1: Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table sitting group, bathroom and toilet.
2: Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.
Living Room: The living room has a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, Internet, satellite receiver, dining table, WC/bathroom and coffee table.
Kitchen: In the kitchen of our villa, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinner set for 4 people.
Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters depth is 1.55 cm.
Pool and Garden: The private swimming pool of our villa is conservative and it is definitely not visible from the outside. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue. There is a swing.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
