Villa Sudenaz 1 is our villa with private pool located in Fethiye Ovacik region. Our villa with modern interior and exterior architecture, entertainment centers and markets where you can meet your needs, etc. Located close to options such as Villa Sudenaz 1, which is a nice option for large groups and families with children, will allow you to have a pleasant time.

Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Thanks to the en-suite bathroom in all bedrooms, our guests will be able to stay comfortably. There is a basement floor in our villa and there is a Turkish bath and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, television, air conditioning, bathroom and heated indoor pool.

In the first room, double bed, air conditioning, television, bathroom and jacuzzi; The second room has a double bed, television, air conditioning, bathroom and jacuzzi. The third room has a single bed, air conditioning and a bathroom. The fourth room has a single bed, air conditioning and a bathroom.

Next to this house is Villa Sudenaz 2, which belongs to the same owner. You can rent the villas at the same time if there is availability on their calendar.


Note: Pool heating will be active as of November 1st. It is activated for 300 TL per day.
Note 2: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa.
